I specialise in a range of subjects including landscapes, nudes and commissions of pets/ animals. I am passionate about capturing the character and personalities that are unique to every human and animal. I paint range of size and style of paintings from A5 size pieces to life size equine paintings which require quite a significant hanging space! Early on I was influenced by Jack Vettriano, John Myatt and Monet. Their styles and my love of France, combined with my wife's passion for anything equestrian, have inspired me to explore a range of subjects, but my work at the moment can be described as somewhere between painterly and realism.
