Mind Boggle
‘Mind Boggle’ is to refer to the creative process of what I do and how my artwork is formed. During the times that I struggle with my mental health and I’m finding it particularly difficult to keep things together, I turn to art as my therapy tool, it’s almost an unofficial form of medication. But, what I still can’t describe to this day is the thought process behind the objects, the lines, the colours I choose that appear on whatever chosen surface I pick……this is when my art ‘therapy’ begins.
