All work is original, and is produced by me in my Cambridgeshire studio. I work mainly in acrylic, oils, graphite and ink, most of my work is mixed media. I also work digitally, and these are available to order as a print via the Framd print service. Payment via PayPal preferred. Postage is not included - this will be calculated depending on your location, and agreed before dispatch. I will always insure against loss in transit for your peace of mind (and mine!) ARTIST STATEMENT My work is primarily concerned with what lies beneath us - the subterranean layers of every moment in time, now obscured in abstract strata and passages of sea which hold mystery, comfort, primal power, sustenance, energy, dreadfulness, awe, the fantastic, the macabre. Liminality, where the passage of time perpetually forms everything that ever existed into the intermingling of rock, water, precious minerals, gases, and, inevitably, where all life ends up. I seek to explore concepts of underground caverns and waterfalls, oceans, great cathedrals of secrecy, stable, fragmented and volatile abstractions formed by the incessant pressure of time. This is where history dwells, a world we cannot see or touch, but we know exists beneath our feet.
